TRANSLATION SERVICES

We provide fast, precise, and professional certified translations for business, legal, accounting, and personal documents from English to any foreign language, and vice versa.
If your document requires notarization and is not in English, our Notary can still notarize it, provided an accurate English translation is available. Additionally, if our Notary is confident that you fully understand the legally binding agreement, the document can be notarized in its original language. However, an English translation is required if the document is to be legalized.

Approved Sworn Translations

“Sworn” translations are performed by a qualified translator who has been sworn in by the courts or the embassy of the relevant country. Certain foreign registries, such as those in Austria, Brazil, Germany, Greece, and Poland, require documents to be “sworn translated” before they are accepted for filing. We can arrange the translation, certification by the sworn translator or embassy, legalization/apostille (if necessary), and delivery of the original stamped translations to your foreign recipients.

Certified Notarial Certification in Foreign Languages

In the UK, there is no formal system for swearing in translators. Instead, a notary certifies that a translation is an accurate representation of the original document. This can be based on a certificate from the translator or if the notary is personally qualified in the relevant language. We have a network of qualified translators to arrange and certify translations promptly and with high quality. Some of our notaries are fully qualified translators and members of the Chartered Institute of Linguists. We are happy to provide notarial certification of the accuracy of the translation directly in the target language.

Plain Translations

If certified translations are not required, we offer a fast service and can deliver your translation via email.
Simply send us your document and specify whether you need a plain translation, a notarized certified translation, or one stamped by a sworn translator. We will provide you with a quote based on word count, along with an estimated timeframe and process. You can email your document to us for a no-obligation quotation.
